Further your career in KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT with a great company!
SharePoint and Documentum expertise needed in the DC area!
TRAK Records and Library is currently recruiting for Knowledge
Management professionals.
The Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) works very closely with the
Knowledge Management team both locally and globally to support users of
the company's various platforms (to include Documentum, eRoom,
SharePoint, Confluence) by responding to requests for assistance. The
CRS interacts directly with customers and customer groups to assist with
migrating content into Documentum, through metadata definition and
business process mapping. The CRS will work with different business
units to understand existing processes and usage practices, with
particular focus on special projects.
A degree in Information Science is required, and knowledge of or
education in the Biological Sciences is desirable. Understanding of KM
theory and practices is essential, as is experience with collaborative
platforms and business analysis; the CRS must display strong customer
service skills.
