Taking the Mystery Out of the "CRM"                      Event date: April 26, 2012, a Thursday

The Ark-La-Tex ARMA chapter is joining the efforts of the ICRM's strategic plan to expand the pool of
CRM prospects who are needed to fill the growing market for records and information professionals
with the CRM certification.

Tom Forsyth, CRM, of Dallas, Joe Settanni, CRM, of Tyler, and Janine Briley, CRM, of Longview will present
parts 1-5 of this newly licensed product developed by the Exam Development Committee (EDC) of the ICRM.
The materials presented during the workshop align with the current CRM exam content.   This workshop will
inform and demystify the meaning of the "CRM" designation to prospective CRM's, employers, and
other records and information professionals.   Attendees will get an overview of CRM competencies, CRM tests,
and gain insight about what a CRM can do for one's organization.
