Chester Co PA - County’s archives provide a glimpse into the 1860s The confines of the Chester County Archives and Record Services in the dimly lighted basement of the Government Services Center (known fondly around the Daily Local News newsroom as “Lego Land” for its childlike, building-block architecture) are humidity and temperature controlled.
