Aloha Listserv Colleagues:
I'm researching whether anyone has in their corporate records management program, a policy regarding "access rights" to Auditors which delineates the following:
1) Access Rights
2) Limitations of Access
3) Duration of Access
4) Approvals
Since I manage and "own" several critical records & information systems, I'd like to incorporate a policy and procedure that limits Auditor's access to critical records systems and customer files.
I would appreciate your responses "off-line" to my email at: [log in to unmask]
