Hi all,

I have been a  reader for this Listserv for several years now and will
re-introduce myself as I do not post to the list often. My name is
Christine Figueroa and I am the Corporate Records and Information Manager
of a private real estate company. My records career began 12 years ago and
I am also a CRM.

I am doing some informal information gathering to find out the approaches
my peers are taking and where they are in the maturity model of managing
information for the following areas:

   - Property management for apartments, office space and retail space
   - Resort and hotel management
   - Home building and sales
