Records Business Analyst Needed for Well-Known Clothing Retailer in San Francisco!
TRAK Records and Library is seeking an experienced Records Analyst to assist our client with a database clean-up and inventory project. Responsibilities will include inventory of back-logged records, logging information into the records management database, executing the storage or destruction process based on the records series retention schedule, and updating records processing procedures if needed. The Records Analyst may provide light training to a Records Clerk to support this project as needed. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience in a records management role, preferably in a corporate setting, experience updating and maintaining a records management database such as TAB, LegalKEY, or similar, and experience working with offsite storage vendors to retrieve and re-store records.
