Andrew, absolutely positive. Storage did increase that much and I did not increase or decrease anything. I am sure in the end I will get this sorted out. If not I see a project in my future.

Sounds like you need to switch to a records management company that actually cares about their customers. You are sure your storage growth didn't warrant the increase versus an actual rate increase?
