The warning was contained in briefing notes prepared by officials in the department on the appointment of Frances Fitzgerald <http://www.irishtimes.com/search/search-7.1213540?tag_person=Frances%20Fitzgerald&article=true> as Minister for Justice in May. It came from the Mutual Assistance and Extradition division of the department, which deals with European arrest warrants and mutual legal assistance requests. http://bit.ly/1wBEu6v Source: http://www.irishtimes.com/news/ireland/irish-news/warning-that-us-data-retention-in-ireland-could-strain-resources-1.1928762 See if people are clicking on this link: http://bit.ly/1wBEu6v+ Try the bitly.com sidebar to see who is talking about a page on the web: https://bitly.com/pages/sidebar List archives at http://lists.ufl.edu/archives/recmgmt-l.html Contact [log in to unmask] for assistance To unsubscribe from this list, click the below link.
