Hello - I just wanted to introduce myself. I am interested in understanding Records Management needs in general and the types of solutions that are being applied. I work for an information governance company so the topic is very pertinent to my role. I am still a relative newbie to the records management space (approx. 2 years) but I have significant experience in the structured information and analytics space. I my current role I see many organizations trying to figure out how to manage the massive volumes of data, how to manage in place, how to classify through NLP or Machine Learning and ultimately how to apply policies to effect the correct disposition. I also see a large need to identify records for open records requests, investigation or litigation. These are all area I am very interested in. I look forward to the future dialog with this group. Regards John
