Amen Mary! I agree completely with your post. RIM has always grown with the trends - we have to in order for our organizations (both private and government sectors) to stay viable. Calling RIM something else is just a marketing ploy. And I agree that bad mouthing a perceived competition is not the answer to selling a concept.
