I HIGHLY respect and understand all of the points made by Larry, et.al.  In many ways, I agree with their assessments...However, without volunteer leaders, how can you effectually change things?  You can choose to criticize from the bleachers or get in the game.  Yes, there will/has been disappointments (and sometimes feelings hurt), but that shouldn't stop you from affecting "change" or improving the Association.  Maybe, I'm a bit "hard-headed", but I never give people the satisfaction of "giving-up"...

There is a need to "fix" the situation that lies in front of us...Let's get involved and fix the problem...Complaining brings the issues to the forefront, but doesn't resolve them.

I implore my colleagues to "get involved" and help us fix what "may be broken."
