If your company requires you to use your Linked In account for work, then
your company should have a policy and procedures for that, including
determining ownership and retention of the information.

You go to work for Company X
Your driver is Racer X
Your company requires you to use your linked in account for work.
Your car slips of the road on an oily corner, on the way home, You and
Racer X don't survive.
Speed Racer must complete life's journey without his older brother looking
over his shoulder.

Who owns the content of your Linked in account?
If Company X owns the content, what is the retention?
Does Trixie take over for Speed, and does Speed become the new Racer X?
How do you discriminate between personal/private information and
Company.records?
