Hi Group,
  I was wondering if you could point me to a good reference or contact regarding what records must be kept in paper format with a seal vs those that can be imaged and then the electronic record be used as the document of record in regards to engineering records in the state of Texas.  I know many of these requirements vary state by state.  I have asked TSLAC and gotten nowhere and we are asking our legal department to create an opinion but they are not sure where to being research.  Any assistance is appreciated.
