Hello,

For those of you whose organizations rely heavily on microfilm/fiche 
readers/scanners, is there a brand/model you couldn't live without? I 
purchased the ScanPro 2000 at my last Company and it worked well, but many 
users migrated back to the older model Canon due to familiarity/ease of use. 
I've noticed the problem with many "older" model readers is that they are no 
longer supported and finding replacement parts can be difficult. 

Any recommendations are appreciated.
