The ‘Freedom of Information Law, 2007, passed by the Cayman’s Legislative
Assembly, September 3, 2007, is a comprehensive piece of legislation which
outlines right of access of certain information, exempt records, the
context, role and powers of the Information Commissioner, measures to
promote openness and so on.
