Was just talking with someone about this issue around "records management
in the cloud". RM is an application thing, not a platform thing. If the
application supports RM, it doesn't matter whether it's on-premises,
hosted, or true cloud-based architecture.

There is some due diligence needed in terms of service level agreements,
termination agreements, etc. but this is absolutely no different than what
would need to be addressed in storing physical records offsite.
