We've developed some drafts but they have tended towards being too heavy 
with jargon and focused on what IM does rather than what we help our 
client to achieve.  We are hoping to develop a statement that will be easy 
for the clients to understand in that it won't create more questions than 
it answers.

Try this: Articulate for yourself exactly what it IS that you're trying to 
help your clients achieve. Then come up with phrases that express that 
concept in its most simple & universal terms. ex: We help you unlock your 
information's potential.
