The Manager, Policy and Procedures I is responsible for creating and maintaining policy and procedure documentation, user guide standards, training materials and specific job aids. Works closely with the business unit to produce technical documentation that conform to all legal, regulatory and company standards.

The Manager, Policy & Procedures II (P&P) is responsible for developing the program to manage and support corporate P&P across the HCA organization. Partner with HCA business teams to drive interaction and ensure that all policies and procedures capture a complete view of all activities and processes within and across HCA. Draft new or update existing policies and procedures to capture operational changes. Responsible for maintaining communications with identified stakeholders through regularly scheduled touch points surrounding the P&P Lifecycle.
