Another product to look at is GRMpedia.  This is also a subscription model but has excellent international citations.  My organization uses it for our operations in the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, and China.  And, there are many other countries available too.  The pricing is also very reasonable.  I have used IRCH's Retention Manager as well but prefer GRMpedia now.
