My analyst and I are very much in demand. 
Probably the three most pressing challenges we face:
1) The shift from reporting to IT to Legal to now Risk/Compliance (yay) we have been discovered
2) Providing appropriate services for sports teams, museums, philanthropic initiatives (Ebola, elephants, the environment, oceans), film & documentaries...plus normal business functions.
3) Defining our own initiative. Trying to name what we have been chartered to do...ECM/IG/Media Management. Need better definitions from the C levels (it's complicated).
