For those of you who are using an email archiving solution. I would be very interested to know at what point you begin to archive messages? 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days, etc. and was email quotas a driver for that decision?

I understand that some your organizations may have complex configurations, so by no means am I looking for detailed responses. I am just curious what your baseline is for beginning to ingest messages into your archive solution.

I am interested in those who have taken the approach to archive everything, say after 30/90/180 Days, and then retain for a set retention period. In particular, if have you had any challenges with user acceptance?

I appreciate the responses.
