Litigation Support Manager - 160002IX
Assists Farmers' Corporate Compliance and Legal Departments by leading the
FRM litigation support team in its efforts to issue and manage
preservation (legal) holds, perform and coordinate collections of data,
email and documents required for litigation or other matters and
coordinate the organization, production and transfer of those materials at
the direction of the Director of Information Governance and Corporate
Legal. Redesigns, streamlines and reengineers existing manual processes to
support the implementation of new legal hold and e-discovery tools,
working closely with Legal, Compliance and IT groups to ensure Farmers
develops and maintains a defensible and effective Records Management
program.
Essential Job Functions
Managing Litigation Support Team to ensure quality assurance on all
cases/collections and program objectives are being met.
Interfacing with Corporate Legal and Compliance to manage team priorities
and customer service relationships.
Managing relationships with corporate wide Records Coordinators and
leading quarterly meetings and other initiatives.
Refining existing processes and litigation support strategy in step with
implementation of new technologies.
Developing training materials and resources and educating employees on
litigation support related responsibilities.
Providing metrics and KPI's to Director of Information Governance to
ensure efficiency goals are being met and audit, risk and compliance
assessments and action items are addressed.
Education Requirements
Four-year college degree
Preferred: CRM or IGP
Experience Requirements
Seven years or more of experience implementing and administering
eDiscovery products and designing litigation lifecycle workflows for large
Enterprises.
Ten years or more of experience working in a Corporate Legal Department,
large Law Firms or in a large legal services environment.
Five or more years of supervisory experience managing teams of two or
more.
