Anyone out there that is more familiar with ephemeral email than me?  
This is a service that sends email, but the message can't be saved or 
forwarded in any way (have a look at vaporstream.com - I'm sure there 
are other vendors but this is the one I know about).  I can see a potentially 
huge value in its use in the workplace, as long as there was very clear 
direction on what constitutes a message of record (and therefore, don't use 
the ephemeral email tool to send it).  I would love to chat with someone 
who's using it, especially in an enterprise-wide application.
