Ashley,
If you're an ARMA member you can download their Core Competencies document for free. This may help you with industry standards for more clearly define the roles of the positions you want to fill. Once defined, really, the naming is up to you, but you could use the Core Competencies and also reference other open position announcements to help with that.

I am preparing to fill our Records Technician position and wonder which, if any, other titles in use for this type/level of position. We are shifting the role of the Records Technician away from a focus on narrowly-defined records and the records centre, to a broader focus on managing the full range of our information assets. At our university, this includes traditional records as well as non-records such as research data, student work, transitory information, etc. I am contemplating "Records and Information Technician" or "Information Technician", but am interested in what titles have been used elsewhere.I am also hoping to get approval for a Records Analyst and am interested in other titles in use for this position.
