I just received my CRM in January. My supervisor has asked me to draft some thoughts on how we might add RIM consulting as one of our services. Our firm's core mission is not records related at all (A/E). So my CRM has already given me the opportunity, at least, to try to turn our firm's RM operations from a cost center into a profit center.
