Yes, congrats to all of you!

Regarding the low voter numbers - Has anyone done a gap analysis in the past to
determine why members aren't voting?  A quick survey of the entire ARMA
membership might help.  It seems that those on this list are the same ones
casting a vote.  Without hearing from non-voters, we can only guess why they
won't take the time.
