While serving on a committee is great. I see the committee as being
the policy setters. I think Tod is asking how can ARMA members in/near
the Beltway be best used by the association.
there are four chapters in and around DC -- Gaithersburg, Greater
Washington, Baltimore and Northern Virginia. Several hundred members
available to serve the association if needed for work on the Hill
