Dang you guys for bringing on a fine headache (not to mention it is
snowing again). I seem to recall a, dare I say it, RAIN article on
telephone conversations during public meetings. These conversations were
used in the decision making process and as a result had to be maintained
as part of the public record. Now my memory is failing, no doubt due to
advanced age, but as I recall, the meeting was ruled null ad void
because the conversations were not captured. Maybe John M. can chime in
a straighten this out. I have to find my shovel.
