FileNet Corporation is looking for additional Records Management subject management experts (SMEs) to help in marketing our highly successful FileNet Records Manager software.  The software has had tremendous success due to its advanced ZeroClick technology that automates records management functions for the user and records administrator.  We are looking for three SMEs, to be located in the Los Angeles and Washington DC area, and in the United Kingdom.  While not a sales job, the SMEs will travel throughout the US and Europe to support sales efforts. Records Management Specialist - Product Marketing Engineer  Department Product Marketing  (Requisition 10894)  Locations Washington, D.C., Cost Mesa, CA, United Kingdom    Job Duties:  Provide subject matter expertise and experience in support of records management product and service offerings.  Evangelize the FileNet 3rd generation approach to RIM.  Participate in all customer-facing activities including public speaking, group/sales presentation, training activities.  Direct support of sales activities through solution assessment, development of customer demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses and other materials, such as whitepapers and solutions architecture, as needed.  Primary objective is to facilitate strategies, expertise and tools that can be leveraged when engaging and closing sales opportunities.  Skills required:  Representative records management job function skills including information lifecycle (physical and electronic) management and deployment of, hands on experience with, or direct knowledge of file plan management, records classification, retention schedule, records inventory, vital records, hold management, storage systems/migration, accession, disposition (archive/destruction), electronic discovery and other relevant records processes and procedures. Strong marketing/sales and communication (written and oral) skills required.  Requires knowledge of industry leading technical architectures, with web based development skills a plus.  Experience Required:  Minimum 3-5 years in records and information management (RIM). IT and/or other ECM experience (imaging, workflow, etc) or technical orientation required. Customer facing skills required (presentation, demonstration, writing, speaking, project management, etc).  Familiar with DOD 5015.2, ISO 15489 standards and ARMA/NARA community.  Seeking dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a willingness to travel to drive the sales of Records Management solutions.
