You might want to contact the folks at Buckman Labs in Memphis, Tennessee to
see what they've come up with along those lines. While our group project in
Mike Pemberton's 'Knowledge Management' class at UTK-SIS involved Buckman and
their KM forte, we found nothing pertaining to Records Retention.
You might want to email Melissa Buckman who has posted a GREAT DEAL of KM
information on that portion of their website.
