Hey, I grew up in Bismarck ND and it's not that depressing and cold. Now Grand Forks is another matter :-) When I went to UND for the information management program, it was really, really COLD.

Well, if I lived in Bismarck, North Dakota (basically in the middle of no-where), I'd be attempting to predict the future as well, such as "how long before I can find another position so I can get away from this cold and depressing place." :>)
