We do not have a formal imaging program at this point (we too use our MFDs).  Imaging happens on an adhoc basis.  I do wonder if we can link Equitrac (our cost recovery software for copying, etc.) to the imaging function though ... Interesting question.  Our Real Estate group images their closing binders and many in our Corporate group do the same for their transactions.  I'd be interested to see if anyone is actively doing this and how the clients are responding.  Are you charging for labor, the cost of media (assuming you're burning to CD and not just emailing or making available via the web ...) ...?
