$.55/box per month

4.2~ years on this cost-recovery basis for California. Interesting to
note that calculations to file paper and scan paper never seem to take
into consideration the cost of human capital in using the information
resource.

Pay me now or pay me later.

Have a great day!

A side note: fresh back from a PRISM International conference (trade
association for commercial storage/destruction of records). One
panelist, long in the business, did some calculations and found that
in comparing $ .25 per box per month storage to scanning the
contents of that same box, it would take 9 years of storage to match
the cost of scanning. Believe it--or not.
