1. Store records with walls separately, not necessarily locked.
2. If possible to store them in a separate room, separate drawer, etc.,
post the ethical wall language on the door.
3. Put on affected file folders ethical wall stickers stating either
entire language of the wall or at least a warning to indicate file has
an ethical wall.

Supplement physical barriers with electronic barriers:
1. Have software disallow file from being checked out to people walled
off.
2. Have software disallow search results from appearing on the screen if
login ID matches name of person walled off from record.
3. Send periodic reminder e-mails to those walled off.
