I've been following this conversation from a distance and am confused. Lot
of people with much knowledge are telling us that we don't need to keep
records in unalterable systems and ISO 15489 sect 7.2.4 speaks to the
INTEGRITY of the record in terms of being unalterable. I'm on vacation
but what am I missing ?

Thanks
