Generally speaking, YES FM200 is quite safe, but another compound you may
want to consider is NOVEC 1230

And a review of the MSDS seems to bear out that exposure has the potential
of some limited health issues, but none that would cause lasting injuries

As with any installations where fire suppressants are present, ia secondary
consideration is to consider having wall mounted SCBA (self contained
breathing apparatus) available placed strategically throughout the facility,
and especially to consider having them available near the workstations of
employees that have known health conditions that may be adversely impacted
by exposure.
