Here's some information regarding electronic discovery rules.... I'll use
all of my restraint regarding Computerworld's supposition that IT is somehow
responsible for electronic records management ;-)....

 

IT May Face New E-discovery Rules in December

 

IT organizations must undertake projects to keep up with new rules, slated
to take effect in December, for electronic discovery of documents in civil
cases.
