Thanks Chris. This is the best article I've seen so far. It actually
explains the changes in not too technical terms. I'm Director of
Governmental Affairs for my local ARMA Chapter and am writing an article
on this subject. I also receive Deidre Paknad's white paper and have
been conversing with Tom Allman. The main reason I mention those names
is for others on the List to look up more info on the subject.
