I was amazed that this was still ongoing.  Pending resolution of any and
all appeals filed in the case, there will be no change in the status of
records stored with the NARA FRCP subject to the TIL freeze.  See

Interesting controversy for the day Virginia says no to smoking in state
buildings and vehicles.  Yet Virginia was a state of the tobacco
industry.
