Jackie - I am presenting working on an RFP for an enterprise system.  You mention that you will be installing TRIM software soon.  Trim is one of the software packages soon to be under consideration.  Can you share your insights regarding the software package and why it was chosen?

Our label printer is on the blink and needs to be replaced.  We will be
installing TRIM software soon and the printer must be compatible with that.

I want to produce labels that are 4 inches high and 6 inches wide that
indicate barcode, department, records series, and date range.  Does anyone
know of a label printer that can do that?

Zebra?  Tharo?  Please be specific, if possible, with regard to model
number.
