Good Morning,

 

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  Our company
(which is in manufacturing) is based in the Sates but we have offices in
Germany and Japan and currently they inform me of what their retention
should be based on their laws.  I would like to know if there are
resources out there that I can use myself to look up international
recordkeeping requirements.

 

I am aware of Donald Skupsky's "Legal Requirement for Business Records"
software but I was wondering if anyone has used it for International
records and what their thought was on it or again if there is something
else I could look at.
