JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

Responsible for corporate-wide records retention, transfer, maintenance,
storage and destruction while complying with legal and governmental
regulations. The position is responsible for researching, analyzing and
solving problems concerning records management issues and workflow; and
assisting in the development and implementation of records management
policies and procedures. This includes records management system design
and consultation across all operations. Utilization of records
management software, bar coding systems, Microsoft applications and
Internet proficiency is required. Must be able to travel 10-20% and able
to lift 35 pounds. 



Education

Bachelor's Degree and CRM is preferred. 



Basic Qualifications

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

Ability to analyze and organize information in all media. Proficiency in
database design and management. Solid communication skills. Knowledge of
records and information management practices.
