This position is with Chugach Industries Inc. in support of a NASA contract in Hanover, MD.  While it is not strictly "records related" I thought it might be of interest to some on the list. Technical Information Specialist
Review and evaluate documents for inclusion into a scientific and technical information database. Provide technical and production support to document/metadata processing operations. Evaluate production processes and business rules, and recommend/implement/test system and process improvements. Define and maintain data-validation rules related to cataloging, subject indexing, and distribution limitations.

BA or BS degree in information/library science or the physical sciences required with 4+ years of experience in information management, including working with database manipulation and report development tools. Experience with MS Access, Livelink, HTML form development, JavaScript, SQL, MARC and Dublin Core records is desired.

Salary range = $45,000 - $55,000
