Job Description

Are you an accomplished Senior Records Administrator with a passion
for effective records management? If so, we have an open Senior
Records Analyst opportunity that needs you now!
The Kimberly-Clark Corporate Records Administration team is
responsible for providing reliable records management information to
business units to enable them to create, retain, manage and destroy
records within the guidelines established by the Corporate Policy on
Records Creation, Retention and Destruction.
As the newest member of our Corporate Records Administration team you
will work with business units to establish record retention
requirements and manage the U.S. retention and Corporate Records
Administration Intranet site. You will provide leadership to assist
employees with records management questions and issues.

You will also:
-Manage the Records Retention Schedule. Consult with business units
and the Legal department to develop and maintain the Records Retention
Schedule that reflects the corporation's obligation to meet business
needs and legal requirements.

-Provide records management guidance to the corporation through the
development and maintenance of Records Management procedures and best
practices, training programs, communications, the Corporate Records
Administration intranet site to enable business units to manage K-C
records and information in compliance with the Corporate Policy on
Records Creation, Retention and Destruction.

-Identify gaps in employee awareness, understanding and application of
records management requirements. Become familiar with business
processes in order to provide targeted records management guidance and
training to employees one-on-one and in group settings.

-Evaluate records management capabilities of electronic systems.
Collaborate with businesses and the technology organization to
implement solutions to manage electronic records in compliance with
the Corporate Policy on Records Creation, Retention and Destruction.

-Work with Internal Audit and business units to develop and monitor a
records management audit program.
-Manage and assist in special projects as assigned to meet corporate
and department objectives.
-Participate in training and conference opportunities to maintain
current knowledge of records management issues and solutions. Maintain
current knowledge of regulatory and legal information that affects
records management.

Qualifications Required:

*A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business
Administration, Technology or a related discipline with records
management coursework preferred.

*Proficiency in MS Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

*Ability to maintain a work schedule that includes up to 25% domestic travel

*Permanent authorization to work in the United States without need for
sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications /Talents and Abilities will include:

*3-5 years experience in records management with knowledge of records
management concepts and operations. Typical experience elements will
include: Knowledge of regulations governing records management,
systems and policy research, policy interpretation, process
evaluation, needs analysis, solution development and recommendations,
corporate archive records identification and security, customer
consultation, retention schedule development and management, website
maintenance, user training, and compliance audits

*Experience with choosing, designing, implementing and managing
electronic records management technology solutions

*Demonstrated project management skills

*Prior experience working in virtual teams, including self-direction
and motivation and high collaboration with remote and cross-functional
team members

*Strong personal analytical and problem-solving skills

*The ability to work effectively across multiple organizational
boundaries in a matrixed environment

*Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal
business presentations

*Analyzing, planning, organizing, collecting information and
completing thorough research

*The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously

*Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP

Candidate will train up to 2 months in Knoxville, TN before locating
permanently in Neenah, WI
