I am working on a project that has team members scattered from West Virginia
to Seattle, and we are using Microsoft's Groove collaboration tool. It's
ideal for sharing work files, calendars, and communications.
I find it interesting, however, that it does not synchronize with Outlook
calendars at all, while the Documentum website touts that as a feature of
eRoom.

I just sat through an impressive demo of this Documentum product and was
wondering if anyone is using it in your RM program? It's a web-based
workplace collaboration tool (see
