I'm a little out of my element here.

Trying to obtain legal citation for retention of payroll and general
business records for our study-abroad program in Beijing, China.  Have
had luck locating same for our Hong Kong office, but not Beijing.

Does anyone else have to deal with domestic employee records in China?
