On April 5th at 10:00 AM Susan Ralston (former Rove aide) will testify to
the Oversight and Government Reform Committee this week about the White
House staff's use of the RNC email domain GWB43.com as it relates to the
lobbying contacts between Lobbyist Jack Abramoff and the White House.

It has been asserted that using GWB43.com and other unofficial e-mail
domains violates the Presidential Records Act of 1978 (PRA) and may exempt
the records from executive privilege.

Background--In order to fulfill its statutory obligations under the PRA, the
White House email system automatically copies all messages created by staff
and sends them to the White House Office of Records Management.
