Ray, in addition to the KSAs and credentials, I would put emphasis on
the "where".  

For instance, the cost of living in Columbia, SC (where I live) is
nearly 50% cheaper than that of San Francisco, CA (where I grew up).  I
put my current salary into one of those salary wizards (and was only
considering base compensation as a starting point), and the number
returned to me made me nearly fall out of my chair.  Guess there really
is no going home!
