My previous company did not have a general policy for date stamping incoming
materials; however, it was common practice in the legal department with time
/ date sensitive materials coming / going all the time.

Best Regards,

Brad Furlow

Subject: Date Stamping

Hello All,

I work for an engineering/architectural firm in St. Paul, MN. The issue
has come up about Date/Time stamping incoming correspondence. Is this
really necessary? Does your company have a Date/Time stamp policy on
incoming correspondence?

Thanks for all replies in advance.
