I worked at Verizon Wireless for a little over a year - John Hinshaw was
not located at my location, however, his name was well known . I know
he was a strong supported of Information Security Awareness and RIM
touches on that.

Subject: New Boeing CIO: John Hinshaw

Hello everyone! I'm Pilar McAdam, RIM program lead at Boeing. It was
just announced today that our current CIO is retiring, and the new CIO
will be John Hinshaw, formerly senior vice president and CIO of Verizon
Wireless/Bell Atlantic. Does anyone know anything about Mr. Hinshaw and
his support (or lack thereof) on RIM issues? We've not succeeded in
engaging the active support of our current CIO, and I'd sure appreciate
any information I can get on the new one.

Thanks, in advance.
